If we have shipped you the wrong item or quantity, we will correct our error completely and at our expense. Otherwise, buyer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items and may be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee. In the unlikely instance that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund (less shipping) if we are notified within three days after receipt of your order and if the item(s) being returned are received by us in the same condition in which they were initially shipped (i.e. un-cut). We do not accept partial returns for partial refunds, therefore 100% of what was shipped to the buyer must be returned (unless alternative arrangements - in writing - have been agreed upon).
