  • Eucalyptus veneer. This wood veneer has been exposed to fumes of ammonia. The natural tannin in the wood reacts to with the ammonia turning it dark, very dark to almost black. I had to include a black marker to show just how dark this veneer is. Popular with segmented bowl turners looking for a dark wood that defines the individual segments.
  • Not a bad wood for the first time veneer user. If your looking for a wood for a first time project this is one I highly recommend.
